Industrial Service & Repair Account Manager - Outside Sales
Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, specializes in providing world-class service, repair and re-manufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries.
Paragon is seeking an Industrial Service & Repair Account Manager to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout Las Vegas, NV and the surrounding territory. This home-based outside sales role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships and helping customers solve equipment repair and reliability challenges.
You'll be backed by an experienced customer service and technical support team while managing an established territory with significant growth potential.
Essential Functions
- Develop new business while growing existing customer accounts.
- Build lasting relationships with industrial customers.
- Prospect through cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits and sales presentations.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan with your manager.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage your territory.
- Partner with technical and customer support teams to deliver outstanding service
Experience, Education and Skills
- 2+ years of industrial outside sales experience.
- Experience selling industrial repair services is highly preferred, particularly in hydraulics, electronics, robotics, servos, or mechanical power transmission.
- Knowledge of hydraulic equipment repair or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred.
- This role will routinely make on-site customer visits in industrial settings requiring the ability meet with customers at their locations and drive moderate to long distances.
- At times may be required to lift items weighing as much as 50lbs.
