About the role
We are hiring a Shift Supervisor for an industrial company located in Yuncos to control personnel during the working shift, resolving and communicating any incidents that occur within the production process. If you have experience leading teams in an industrial environment, we are looking for you!
What you'll do
- Grinding Control, resolving or communicating any possible incidents that occur.
- Take and deliver grinding samples to the laboratory for analysis.
- Take and analyze samples during the shift when the laboratory is not enabled or available.
- Rectify the parameters and conditions of the grinding process, based on the results obtained after sample analysis.
- Control of the extrusion and rolling of the processes that require activation.
- Completion of the daily manufacturing report, recording both production and incidents occurring during the shift.
- Control and addition of additives in the products where required
- Control of the drying phase
- Control and supervision of the packaging phase
- Control and supervision of the feeding phase
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Vocational Training (FP II) in Mechanics, FGM Mechanical Adjuster or similar
- Own car
- Forklift license
- Immediate availability
What you'll get
- Initial temporary agency contract (ETT) 6 months + permanent staff
- Salary according to the chemical industry collective agreement
- Rotating morning/afternoon/night shift from Tuesday to Sunday
