Industrial Software Engineer
Summary
Design, train, and deploy ML/DL models for computer vision, NLP, or recommendation systems, optimizing performance and integrating them into production workflows.
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Responsible for the design, development, training, optimization and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models, covering the entire process from data preprocessing, feature engineering to model iteration, to ensure the performance and operational stability of the models.
- Based on business scenarios (such as computer vision, natural language processing, recommendation systems, etc., which can be supplemented according to the company's actual situation), break down AI requirements, design algorithm solutions that fit the business, and promote the transformation of technology into business value.
- AI需求，设计贴合业务的算法解决方案，推动技术转化为业务价值。
- Keep up with the latest algorithms and technological trends in the industry (such as fine-tuning of large models, distributed training, quantitative deployment, etc.), and introduce appropriate technical solutions to optimize the performance of existing models and enhance development efficiency.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers and data engineers to complete the development of model interfaces, joint debugging, and iterative maintenance after going online, and solve technical problems related to model operation in the production environment.
- Participate in the formulation and optimization of AI technical specifications and development processes, and accumulate technical documents and best practices related to model development and deployment.

- Be responsible for the model performance monitoring and the establishment of the effect evaluation system, and continuously iterate and optimize core indicators such as model accuracy, response speed, and resource occupation.
