About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Solutions Architect to join STRELI Technology Limited on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role based in Kowloon Tong, Kowloon City District, where you will play a pivotal part in designing and architecting comprehensive industrial solutions that drive business transformation. As Industrial Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable technology architectures that meet the evolving needs of our industrial clients. Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive industrial solutions architectures aligned with client business objectives and technical requirements

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes and infrastructure to identify optimisation opportunities and architectural gaps

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, engineers and technical teams, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and tools that best serve industrial applications and scalability needs

• Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, integration strategies and implementation roadmaps

• Lead technical reviews and design workshops to validate architectural decisions and ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the implementation phases

• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance and reliability standards required in industrial environments

• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the quality and innovativeness of proposed solutions

• Support the pre-sales and proposal process by preparing technical specifications and solution overviews for prospective clients

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, with significant focus on industrial technology solutions or related domains

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and industrial IoT (Internet of Things) architectures

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing systems, operational technology (OT) and Industry 4.0 principles

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure solutions

• Experience with system integration, APIs, middleware and enterprise application integration (EAI) technologies

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection and compliance requirements in industrial settings

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset

• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid development environment is preferred

• Knowledge of specific industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics or utilities is advantageous
