Industrial Spray Painting Associate

Many of the company's products are displayed in major cities, colleges and university campuses, and other major venues across the country.

Position overview:

We’re looking for a spray painter to join our team and help deliver high-quality finishes on fiberglass and aluminum light poles. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success.

Pay range:

$18–$20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial grade painting equipment, including paint spray guns
• Prep surfaces to ensure a smooth and durable application
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Assist with material handling and finish inspections and other tasks as needed

Skills and qualifications:

• Prior spray-painting experience, but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality protocols
• Comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a hard-working team
