Job Summary
Support daily infant care and classroom management while monitoring and reporting infant development to foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine infant care tasks to ensure children’s well-being and comfort
- Manage classroom activities and maintain hygiene standards to provide a safe learning space
- Record and communicate daily updates on infant development to support individualized care and learning plans
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold EY 1 with HCIC or EY 2 with ACEY certification as mandated for early childhood educators
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate creativity and inspire children with positive energy
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Organize classroom activities and resources efficiently to support educational development
- Apply knowledge of educational development to enhance learning experiences
