What you’ll do:
✨ Be a consistent, loving caregiver so each baby bonds with a familiar face
✨ Follow each infant’s feeding and nap schedule, partnering closely with parents
✨ Plan tummy time, sensory play, songs, and stories that support early growth
✨ Share daily updates with families on the big and little moments

What you’ll need:
You’re at least 19 with a high school diploma or GED, plus one of the following:

College coursework in early childhood (30–60 credit hours, including 6 hours in child development)
A CDA, CCP, or Gateways Level 3+ credential
