Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive to grow our influencer and affiliate channels across the UK, Europe and the USA. This role is for someone who understands that influencer and affiliate marketing isn't just about finding creators — it's about finding the right creators, getting the campaign live correctly and on time, managing multiple moving parts, and ensuring every execution meets the brief and campaign objectives.
You should be highly organised, comfortable working with large creator sets and tight timelines, and have enough creative understanding to identify creators and content ideas that feel relevant to the brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard and manage influencers, affiliates, publishers and content partners across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies and affiliate partners.
  • Manage day-to-day partner activities, including application reviews, order validation, issue tracking, and partner queries.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns including outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, approvals and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate commission rates, commercial terms, promotional offers and partnerships.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimise campaigns to improve orders, revenue, CPA, ROAS and EPC.
  • Monitor influencer and affiliate content for brand, platform and compliance requirements and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Manage monthly/bi-monthly partner payments, ensuring accurate validation and timely processing.
  • Identify new creators, publishers, and partnership opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, and other internal teams.
  • Stay updated on influencer, affiliate and social media trends.
  • Brief creators clearly on brand requirements, content guidelines, mandatory messaging, dos and don'ts, and deliverables.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with UK, European or USA markets is preferred.
  • Strong influencer/affiliate sourcing, relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners independently.
  • High ownership, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
