Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Associate to scale our paid influencer marketing efforts across key global markets, with a primary focus on the US market and YouTube platform. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of paid creator campaigns on YouTube, spanning influencer identification, negotiation, and booking through to content delivery, YouTube channel growth, and performance analysis. The position reports to the Marketing department and works closely with the Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Influencer teams to drive measurable ROI through YouTube creator partnerships that strengthen CASETiFY's brand presence and accelerate global business growth.



Job Description

  • Develop and execute CASETiFY's global YouTube paid influencer marketing strategy, with a primary focus on the US market, identifying high-performing creators across target markets who align with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for YouTube paid partnerships, covering creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation through to briefing, video content review, posting coordination, and YouTube Ads/Shorts activation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between CASETiFY and agency partners, leading regular check-ins, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and escalating issues when needed
  • Manage and grow an in-house roster of YouTube creators across multiple tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro), with strong US coverage and a focus on long-form integrations and performance-driven content.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with creators, talent agencies, and external partners, manage campaign budgets, and ensure cost efficiency at scale.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate, and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and tools (e.g., creator databases, campaign trackers, performance dashboards) to support the growth of the YouTube influencer program.
  • Stay current on YouTube platform updates, algorithm shifts, trending video formats, creator economy trends, and competitor activity across the US and key global markets to inform strategy.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer management, digital or growth marketing, or related areas.
  • Deep working knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem, including long-form content, YouTube Shorts, and channel analytics.
  • Hands-on understanding of the US creator landscape and social media culture is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability in managing workflows.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable turning campaign data into clear insights and decisions.
  • A proactive self-starter who stays on top of social media trends and takes initiative.
  • Interest in YouTube video strategy/performance marketing and scalability with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
