Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships (Executive / Manager) Company: Asiaville interactive Pvt Ltd Job Location: Kochi, Keralam, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Salary: 4,20,000 per year About the Role Asiaville is expanding its Brand Solutions footprint, and we are looking for a driven, commercially sharp Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships specialist to build and scale our Influencer Marketing vertical in Kerala. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role. You will bridge the gap between regional brands/agencies and Keralas top digital creatorspitching campaigns, negotiating commercials, and delivering high-ROI branded content. What Youll Do Drive Brand Solutions & Revenue: Pitch tailored, creator-led campaign strategies to brands and media agencies across Kerala; prepare commercial proposals and convert leads into confirmed business. Creator Discovery & Onboarding: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with Malayalam digital creators across Instagram and YouTube (nano to macro). Deal Negotiation & Commercials: Negotiate creator commercials, deliverable scopes, and digital usage rights while safeguarding healthy campaign profit margins. End-to-End Execution: Turn client briefs into execution plans, manage creator scripting and approvals, oversee content publishing schedules, and track deliverables. Performance & Reporting: Measure campaign success against client KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, views) and prepare actionable post-campaign reports. Vertical Growth: Monitor viral trends, emerging formats, and regional platforms to identify new revenue streams for Asiaville. What We Are Looking For 25 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital brand solutions (agency/media company background preferred). Deep Kerala creator network: Strong familiarity with Malayalam influencers, regional creator agencies, and trending digital talent. Commercial acumen: Proven track record in pitching to clients, negotiating contracts, and hitting business/margin targets. Platform savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, YouTube integrations, and performance reporting. Communication skills: Exceptional pitching and relationship-management skills in both Malayalam and English.
