What you'll do :
- You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
- You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
- You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
- You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month.
- You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.

- You are fluent in English and Spanish.

- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
