Influencer Marketing Specialist
(Growth path to UGC Lead/Influencer Marketing Manager)

Company: Ancient Remedies (Bublishing)
Department: Marketing – Creative Operations
Reports to: Performance Creative & Growth Operations Lead
Location: Remote (PH-based preferred; open to APAC time zones)
Employment type: Full-time

About the Role

Ancient Remedies is scaling influencer marketing — UGC, paid creator partnerships, affiliate/ambassador relationships, and PR seeding — as a core pillar of our paid social and organic growth engine. We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day across all of it: creator sourcing, briefing, partnership management, and content pipeline — with a clear, defined path to owning the full influencer/UGC strategy as the function matures.

This is a builder's seat, not a maintenance seat. You'll start executing inside an existing creative system (angle library, hook vault, persona types) and grow into shaping how that system scales.

What You'll Own — Phase 1 (Specialist)

Influencer & Partnership Management
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers (micro/mid-tier) whose audience fits our health & wellness positioning — beyond paid UGC creators.
  • Run gifting/PR seeding campaigns to generate organic reach and unboxing/review content.
  • Manage affiliate and ambassador relationships — commission structures, unique codes/links, ongoing partnership terms.
  • Vet influencers for brand safety and audience quality before partnering.
  • Track influencer-driven attribution (promo codes, UTM links, ROAS by partner) and report on what's actually driving sales vs. just reach.
  • Ensure sponsored/influencer content follows FTC disclosure requirements and brand claims guidelines — this matters a lot for us as a health & wellness brand; coordinate with Creative Strategy on what can and can't be claimed.
  • Stay current on platform trends/formats and bring that into creator briefs.
  • Maintain an influencer CRM/tracking system for relationship history, rates, and performance.

UGC Pipeline & Systems
  • Source, vet, and onboard creators/UGC talent across TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketplaces (Billo, Insense, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc.).
  • Manage the end-to-end creator pipeline: briefing, content collection, revisions, usage rights/contracts.
  • Translate creative briefs (angles, hooks, personas) from the Creative Strategy team into clear, creator-ready direction.
  • Track creator performance — output volume, turnaround time, and how their content actually performs as ads — and build a bench of repeat high-performers.
  • Negotiate rates and manage the UGC budget within approved ranges.
  • Organize and maintain the UGC content library so assets are tagged, searchable, and reusable.
  • Set up and manage whitelisting/paid partnership ads (TikTok Spark Ads, Meta Partnership Ads) with the paid social team.
  • Flag creative gaps back to Creative Strategy based on what's converting (new angles/personas needed).

What You'll Grow Into — Phase 2 (UGC Lead)
  • Own the full influencer and UGC strategy end-to-end, not just execution.
  • Build and manage a scaled creator/ambassador roster (retainers, exclusivity, ongoing relationships — not just one-offs).
  • Own the affiliate/ambassador program strategy and expansion.
  • Own UGC and influencer budget planning and forecasting
  • Partner directly with Creative Strategy to define UGC-specific angle/hook testing plans.
  • Potentially manage a coordinator/associate as volume grows.

Requirements
  • 1.5–3+ years in influencer marketing, UGC/creator management, or a closely related performance creative role — DTC/e-commerce background strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record sourcing and managing creators at volume (not just running one-off campaigns).
  • Hands-on experience running influencer whitelisting/paid partnership ads (TikTok Spark Ads, Meta Partnership Ads, or similar).
  • Familiarity with affiliate/ambassador program structures and attribution tracking (promo codes, UTMs, ROAS by partner).
  • Comfortable reading ad performance data well enough to know what's working and why, not just what "feels good".
  • Sharp communicator — can brief creators clearly and give feedback that actually improves output.
  • Highly organized; can run a multi-creator pipeline without dropped threads.
  • Working knowledge of UGC platforms/marketplaces, usage rights/contract terms, and FTC disclosure basics for sponsored content.

Nice to Have
  • Existing creator/influencer relationships/network in health & wellness or DTC.
  • Video editing background — can speak the language of hooks/pacing even without cutting themselves.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms/CRMs (Grin, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar).
  • Experience managing an affiliate program (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, or similar).

What Success Looks Like
  • 90 days: Creator pipeline running smoothly, consistent weekly UGC output, zero dropped threads.
  • 6 months: Full ownership of the UGC calendar and creator roster; measurable lift in UGC-driven ad performance.
  • 12 months: Ready to step into full UGC Lead ownership with a defined roster, system, and performance track record.
