Influencer Outreach Manager

We're looking for someone who's passionate about building relationships and starting conversations with people — someone who loves the art of outreach and knows how to turn a cold DM into a warm connection.

You'll reach out to influencers on TikTok and Instagram, craft messages that get responses, build real interest and rapport, and negotiate your way to a booked discovery call with our sales team.

This is a role for someone energized by human connection — someone who thrives on communication, enjoys the back-and-forth of building trust with strangers, and gets a kick out of turning "who is this?" into "yes, let's talk." You'll own one of the most important parts of the pipeline: acting as the first point of contact, setting the tone for every relationship that follows, and scheduling the calls that keep our pipeline moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Send personalized outreach via DMs and email from a pre-sourced list
Manage conversations, follow up, and nurture leads through the pipeline
Qualify creators by niche, audience, and engagement fit
Book confirmed discovery calls with our sales reps
Track all activity and pipeline status in Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent/native English - your messages must feel natural and human
Experience in influencer outreach, lead gen or SDR/BDR roles, with hands-on experience with creators on TikTok and Instagram
Available to work evening hours (apr. 8pm-12am Kyiv time), Mon–Fri — fast response times are essential
Organized and detail-oriented - no lead falls through the cracks
We do not consider applicants without outreach experience.

NICE TO HAVE
Deep knowledge of the TikTok/Instagram creator landscape
Background in influencer marketing or talent management

WHAT WE OFFER
Part-time, flexible remote collaboration - 10-15 hours per week at the beginning of collaboration
$7 – $12/hour depending on experience
