Info Security Manager

To manage confidentiality of all key projects, the person will work with project team, R&D, GSM, FIN, IT, IA and legal team to coordinate, execute and maintain internal information security architecture and measures for key projects.

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Security, MIS, or related engineering fields.
• Premium industry certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CISM, CISSP, or CISA).
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 2 years in a management or lead coordinator role, preferably within the semiconductor, IC design, or high-tech manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in IP/Confidentiality protection within high-tech R&D environments.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication and negotiation skills to align and drive security initiatives across diverse business and engineering units.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
