🧑 💻About the role
Avensys Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced Infoblox Network Engineer (DNS Engineer) to manage and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Infoblox NIOS and a solid understanding of core networking concepts.
💡 What You'll Do
Administer and maintain Infoblox NIOS, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) platforms, including Grid Masters, Grid Members, and HA pairs.
Configure and manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP reservations, IP allocation, subnet utilization, and VLAN assignments.
Troubleshoot DNS resolution, DHCP allocation, IP conflicts, and network-related incidents, including root cause analysis.
Support network migrations, IP renumbering, infrastructure transformation, change activities, and on-call support.
Collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and application teams while maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
💡 What You Bring In...
3+ years of network engineering experience with strong hands-on experience in Infoblox NIOS / DDI.
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts, and network service issues.
Knowledge of Infoblox APIs, scripting, network monitoring, or automation tools is an advantage.
Infoblox CNA/CNSP, CCNA/CCNP, or ITIL Foundation certifications are preferred.
