Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Paradise. The Information Security Analyst will be an innovative, self-driven team player who will provide governance and technical risk expertise across the enterprise. This role requires someone who can work independently yet mesh with various teams throughout the Bank to achieve and maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor key risk indicators
- Coordinates or support ad-hoc Information Security projects
- Participate in periodic system access reviews
- Develop and maintain information security standards
- Perform risk assessments, report and track remediation
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery program
- Provide security awareness training
- Review alerts and reports for anomalous behavior
- Enhance Information Security program and policies
- Participate in Incident response
- Stay current with security and technology protocols
- Membership in industry groups to grow professional network
- Serve in a backup capacity for the Information Security team
- Review Threat Intelligence
- Research new Information Security initiatives
- Proactively research potential security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies for mitigation
- Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in a technology-related field or applicable work experience.
- Willingness to learn every day.
- Minimum of 2 years of Information Security experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, database security, Windows security and O365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
- Knowledge of Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, FFIEC guidance, resilience, compliance requirements and Risk Management.
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Certifications are a plus.
