Activity
- Understand the project objectives and scope to assess associated data requirements.
- Create project requirement specifications and technical specifications documentation.
- Define project scope and project plan, including the budget and the schedule.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of cybersecurity project to the organisation.
- Translate complex data requests into clear, business-oriented communications.
- Coordinate resources across multiple organisations to align project requirements with business and cyber goals.
- Coordinates and integrate the work efforts and deliverables of a large multi-function, multivendor project team.
- Work with team leaders to report on key metrics related to project status.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers / contractors / consultants as required for project delivery.
- Third-party and vendor relationship management.
- Support transition/handover of work items to a business as usual state once project deliverables are complete.
