Information Security Auditor / Security Compliance Specialist/ Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Auditor / Security Compliance Specialist to lead security audits, assess security controls, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture, improve compliance, and drive best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead information security audits across the organization.

• Assess financial and information systems, security controls, and management procedures.

• Evaluate compliance with corporate security policies and relevant regulations.

• Document audit activities, findings, and recommendations.

• Identify security risks, gaps, and control deficiencies.

• Develop and present audit reports and security improvement recommendations.

• Partner with stakeholders to implement security controls and remediation plans.

• Support initiatives that improve security compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills & Experience (Critical Requirements)

• Proven experience conducting ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST assessments.

• Experience in Security Risk Assessments and security monitoring tools.

• Strong understanding of the following security domains:

  • Access Control

  • Security Awareness

  • Risk Management

  • Security Operations

• Experience with Security Solutions implementation and evaluation.

• Knowledge of API Integration and Automation.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and reporting.

• Strong audit documentation, reporting, and compliance experience.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, PCI-ISA, CC (Certified in Cybersecurity), or equivalent.

• Experience working in an international or global environment.

• Experience leading team meetings and documentation activities.

• Involvement in BCP/DR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) projects.

• Knowledge of CMMI, HDI/HDA, and Microsoft 365 (O365).
