Information Security Engineering Manager

Summary

Leads cybersecurity engineering team to design, implement, and enforce security controls (IAM/PAM, DLP, EDR/XDR) while aligning with business goals and regulatory standards like GDPR and ISO 27001. Manages team, tools, and cross-departmental projects to protect user identities and mitigate risks.

The Information Security Engineering Manager is responsible to select, design and implement security controls in coordination with relevant teams as for instance architecture, PMO, Legal. The definition and enforcement of standards are a big part of the role. You are also in charge of managing and developing the Information Security Engineering team and the associated tools.

In this case, you will:

  • Lead and develop the cybersecurity engineers’ team responsible for the design and deployment of security solutions and design, deploy, support data leakage security controls.
  • Always bring solutions in adequation with business objectives, regulatory constraints and ensure the protection of user and customer identities by managing the IAM team for design and support of IAM/PAM solution.
  • Define security standards to be deployed, enforced throughout the Company and provide support to the development team by providing application security best practices.
  • Ensure involvement of the Information security engineering team in all projects through IT PMO gates, from the initiation phase to the closing and build team capabilities by providing designs/solutions on important topics as email security, Cloud, and intrusion detection.
  • Manage the implementation of DLP (Data Leak Prevention) and Application Security solutions.
  • Deliver and coordinate cybersecurity projects in collaboration with other IT and non-IT departments (Infrastructure, architecture, PMO, Legal …) and external partners.
  • Lead Red Team/Pentest findings correction in a collaborative way with relevant teams to ensure technological and regulatory watch in cybersecurity filed and anticipate changes and requirements.
  • You have a 5 years' higher education in IT, engineering school or university and a proven experience in IT security and technical team management.
  • You have knowledge of data protection and identity solutions and principles: PAM, IAM and CIAM solutions.
  • You have expertise in email filtering solutions and workplace security EDR, XDR, hardening.
  • You have a mastery of cybersecurity solutions, methods and standards (firewall, antivirus, cryptography, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, OWASP, IEC62443).
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of security architectures and concepts (Cloud, Zero Trust, etc.).
  • You are fluent in English and French - written and spoken.
