Your assessments help ILIAS understand those risks and determine which controls are appropriate.

This gives technical and business teams clear security guidance for moving forward.

You strengthen how security risks are assessed, documented, and translated into action across ILIAS.

You:

• Perform security and risk assessments for systems, technologies, and changes.

• Evaluate proposed solutions against security requirements and recognized standards.

• Identify risks and define appropriate security controls.

• Apply ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant security frameworks.

• Support and further develop the Information Security Management System.

• Translate external requirements into internal security policies and guidelines.

• Develop and maintain secure configuration baselines.

• Advise IT, development, and business teams on security requirements.

• Support audits, compliance activities, and evidence gathering.

• Follow up on identified risks, controls, and agreed security measures.

You work across teams and functions, connecting technology, information, people, and processes.

You make security requirements practical and understandable.

What You Bring

You understand security beyond individual tools or technologies.

You know how standards, risks, and controls connect within a technical environment.

You bring:

• Several years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.

• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and security risk management.

• Experience working with Information Security Management Systems.

• Experience defining and applying security controls and policies.

• Experience translating security requirements into policies, guidelines, or technical baselines.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint security.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, Security Operations, or compliance platforms such as Drata is an advantage.

Relevant security certifications are also considered an advantage.
