Core responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain the information security policy framework, standards, and procedures. - Coordinate ENSIA activities, including planning, evidence collection, reporting, and audit readiness. - Perform risk assessments, manage the security risk register, and advise on risk treatment plans. - Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls; translate requirements into actionable measures. - Support incident management: detection, coordination, reporting, lessons learned, and improvement actions. - Drive security awareness and training for employees and stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT, privacy, legal, and business owners to embed security by design in projects and operations. - Prepare management reporting and KPIs on security posture, compliance status, and improvement roadmap.
