Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the organisation's security systems and protocols.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to integrate security measures into systems and processes.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and manage their resolution effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance on security-related issues to internal teams.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures.
- Document and maintain records of security policies, procedures, and incidents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Information Security (Security Engineer) should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience with security tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
