Salary conditions

from 2,500 EUR/month

We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.

Purpose and job description

We are looking for a new addition to our Information Security team!

As our new Information Security Specialist, you will mainly take care of securing the banking environment.

Your job responsibilities will be:

• Operation, administration, and development of security technologies (CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IGA, Citrix/NetScaler, Microsoft PKI/ADCS, MOVEit);
• Independent resolution of complex incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis, acting as an escalation point for more junior colleagues;
• Cooperation with architects and IT teams in designing and setting up security policies and integrations;
• Patch and change management, maintenance, and configuration of systems in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements;
• Preparation for audits and cooperation with auditors (preparation of materials, documentation, evidence);
• Preparation of technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit logs of changes;
• Contributing to the improvement of security architecture and automation of operational processes.

Required experience

• 5 years of experience in information security, including proven experience in the administration of security or IAM/PAM technologies;
• Knowledge of the English language at a B2 level;
• University degree in informatics, electrical engineering, or another technical field.

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

We need you to have experience related to information security and also have knowledge in at least some of these areas:

• In-depth experience with several of the mentioned platforms (not just one): CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IGA, Citrix/NetScaler, Microsoft PKI, MOVEit;
• Knowledge of Windows/Active Directory and Entra ID, authentication mechanisms (SAML, LDAP, MFA), and PKI principles / certificate lifecycle;
• Experience with patch and change management and preparation for audits in a regulated (banking) environment;
• Ability to independently design solutions and lead their implementation;
• Readiness to participate in on-call duty according to the team schedule.

An advantage is:

• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python);
• Knowledge of email security (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and network protocols;
• Knowledge of banking sector legislation (ZoKB, PSD2, GDPR, DORA) and ISO 27001 standard;
• Certifications: SEC+, CISSP, CISM.
