INFORMATION SPECIALIST (AV Support Technician)

You will serve as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (AV SUPPORT TECHNICIAN) in the HQ IT SUPPORT SERVICES BRANCH of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

You will provide professional multimedia presentation and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support which includes installation, maintenance and configuration management of conference rooms, auditoriums, and operations center.

You will assist in the review and planning of A/V and VTC systems engineering and planning studies for all current and future A/V and VTC systems.

You will participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings to foster collaboration to identify and help resolve enterprise issues within the Navy.

You will provide customer support and user training in using AV and VTC systems.

You will troubleshoot and resolve AV and VTC system issues.
