Information System Implementation Specialist (Welcome Fresh Grad)

Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirement Support
   Assist in collecting and analyzing digitalization requirements from local Thai business teams and help translate user requirements into appropriate system and functional solutions.

2. System Operation & Support
   Support daily operations, routine testing, issue analysis, and troubleshooting across core GCIP modules, including Lead Management, Vehicle Sales & Inventory, Spare Parts Logistics, and After-sales Claims.

3. HQ & Vendor Coordination
   Coordinate with headquarters IT teams and system vendors to support cross-system data synchronization, interface testing, issue resolution, and business verification.

4. Third-Party System Integration
   Assist with local third-party system integrations, such as e-Tax, payment gateways, and logistics interfaces, to support business operations and local compliance requirements.

5. Project Implementation & UAT
   Participate in system implementation and rollout projects, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in preparing user manuals, training materials, and related project documentation.

6. End-User Support
   Provide first-line system guidance and problem-solving support to local business users and help ensure smooth daily system operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, E-Commerce, or related fields.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior enterprise system implementation experience is NOT required.

3. Basic understanding of, or strong willingness to learn, ERP/CRM concepts and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

4. Good command of English for daily workplace communication. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage for communication and coordination with headquarters.

5. Strong logical thinking, active learning ability, good communication skills, and a collaborative team attitude.
