INFORMATION SYSTEM (IS) MANAGER
Salary: $1 per month
About the role
Responsible for managing IT projects, vendors and technical support, as well as maintaining business applications, servers, networks, cloud systems and end-user devices. The role also includes performing system backups, monitoring system performance and cybersecurity alerts, and conducting cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support business applications, servers, networks, cloud systems and end-user devices.
- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot system, hardware, internet, POS and door lock issues.
- Administer user accounts, passwords, access rights and government portals.
- Manage IT vendors, service agreements, maintenance contracts and equipment purchases.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory records and proper disposal of equipment.
- Perform system backups, restoration checks and routine server and network maintenance.
- Monitor cybersecurity alerts, antivirus, firewall and anti-spam systems.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness and system-user training.
- Support audits, review IT policies and ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Provide IT support to related companies and carry out other assigned duties.
