JOB TITLE: INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY MANAGER (ISSM)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
You will define the accreditation strategy and serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison to the Authorizing Official (AO). You are accountable for ensuring this complex hybrid boundary survives DISA scrutiny.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the overall RMF Package based on Rev 5 of NIST 800-53.
- Define the authorization boundary, establish the ATO strategy, and act as the primary liaison to the AO and DISA CAO.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
TECHNICAL SKILLS
DoD 8570 IAM Level III or equivalent DoD 8140 (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ Years DoD RMF Leadership.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience achieving ATOs for Azure SACA / IL-4 Cloud enclaves.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standard Office Environment.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
- Up to 10% for SCA Audit Facilitation.
