Information Systems Analyst

Status: Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: $112,422.05 - 129,285.36 per annum + 12% superannuation
Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Information Systems team is seeking a Information Systems Analyst.
Purpose:
To support the Information Systems team in delivering uplift of corporate systems, driving business partnership across Council, and providing expert support and continuous improvement for core and line-of-business systems.
About the role:
Be a trusted systems partner, providing expert support and helping Council’s corporate systems remain reliable, effective and responsive to business needs.
Build strong relationships across Council to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into practical system and digital solutions.
Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
About you:
You are a collaborative and solutions focused information systems professional who brings:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience supporting information systems across their lifecycle, including change management and documentation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with the ability to understand business needs and support a business partnership approach across Council.
Well-developed analytical, problem solving, risk management and decision-making skills, supported by an understanding of IT service management (ITIL), governance and information systems best practice.
