Information Systems Developer & Implementer – MES

We are looking for an Information Systems Developer & Implementer – MES to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Infor MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions, as well as providing ongoing technical support to existing customers. This role combines software development, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer support, offering opportunities to develop both functional and technical expertise in manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional and technical expertise in Infor MES, its implementation methodology, and manufacturing applications.
- Implement and configure customer solutions for production floor management, supply chain, and logistics.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers across multiple sites, including troubleshooting, incident analysis, and issue resolution.
- Perform code modifications and SQL changes.
- Conduct functional testing.
- Validate solutions according to project requirements and supplier guidelines.
- Utilize AI tools to support software development, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure successful system implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, with strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Experience using AI tools for software development, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Solid SQL database knowledge, including the ability to write and analyze complex queries.
- Experience working on customer-facing projects, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Infor MES and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to translate business processes into system functionality, configurations, testing procedures, and technical implementation tasks.
- Industrial experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage.
