Information Systems Specialist / Senior Specialist
Summary
Maintains and secures local IT systems in Singapore, troubleshoots issues, ensures compliance with ISO 27001 and PDPA, and coordinates with regional teams.
Job Description
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, escalating complex issues to the Taiwan IT team and coordinating follow-up actions as required.
Maintain and support local IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, network devices, printers, and related equipment.
Administer user accounts, access controls, and IT assets to ensure compliance with corporate policies and security requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and develop or enhance local reports and system solutions to support operational needs.
Act as the the site coordinator for ISO 27001, supporting ISMS activities, compliance reviews, internal audits, and corrective actions.
Assist in information security risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, security incident management, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
Promote information security awareness and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.
Serve as the appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Singapore entity and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in system development, applications support, or related roles.
Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good command of spoken chinese to liaise with our regional counterparts from Taiwan.
