*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

*Requirements, Analysis, and Design:*

* Define and analyze system problems and design testing standards and solutions
* Review and analyze business systems and user needs
* Analyze business challenges, processes, and systems for improvement opportunities
* Conduct interviews and process design work sessions with business partners and team members and effectively translate between business and technical stakeholders
* Consult with business partners on business case development
* Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
* Design effective business solutions
* Discuss and agree with Programmers Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional requirements document (FRD)
* Function as a liaison between Business Owner, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and IT Programmer
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
* Design business processes and requirements for software solutions, including functionality, rules, screens (UI), and reports
* Monitor performance, discover variances, and propose necessary actions
* Evaluates current technologies and methodologies and actively seeks improvements or new approaches to derive new or expanded value

*Development, Implementation, Testing, Quality Assurance, and Project Management:*

* Help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of the business, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners
* Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems solutions aligned to overall business strategies while ensure high levels of performance and security
* Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing business and systems requirements, and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
* Manage projects and partner with IT in the delivery of technical solutions
* Create reference, training documents, and train business users
* Develop scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs
* Master business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques; apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
* Assist users with the business cases, planning and monitoring; evaluating and documenting business processes; formulating, eliciting, organizing, translating, simplifying, managing, analyzing, and communicating their requirements using a variety of guidelines and techniques
* Prepare conceptual and detail designs of new and existing systems; establish specifications for new and existing applications; design entity relationships and database modeling; solutions and testing standards; evaluate and design alternative workflow solutions; document interfaces between systems
* Work daily or as needed with Programmer to ensure accurate delivery of agreed requirements

*SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

* At least five years combined technical and business analysis experience
* Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish), excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and technical expertise
* Familiarity with software development methodologies
* Ability to conceptualize and think creatively
* Experience in various requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, brainstorming, storyboards, use cases, prototyping, etc.
* Good group facilitation and negotiation skills
* Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Project Planning, and Functional Design
* Detailed analytical abilities and experience in user testing
* Strong workable understanding of project management Excellent problem diagnosis, analytical skills, and decision making
* Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
* Document management & Workflow systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
* Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision
* Strong workable knowledge of software development required; knowledge of structured programming techniques, networking, and database methodologies
* Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, business case development, modeling techniques and methods, understanding of Agile methodology
* Able to work remote, if needed

*ACADEMIC BACKGROUND*

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Computer Science or related fields

*COMPENSATION PACKAGE*

* 8 hours /5 days shifts
