Information Technology (IT) Manager
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the IT Department to ensure efficient service delivery and support
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions, scripts, and automation tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Oversee company LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitor network performance, and ensure reliable connectivity
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation, meeting project goals and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to optimize IT capabilities
- Manage IT budget and assets to ensure cost-effective resource allocation and utilization
- Provide IT shared services and technical support to internal users, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
