If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing Information Technology Specialist support in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Western District of Pennsylvania located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, focusing in the area of customer support, IT systems/network administration, information systems security, internet, and litigation support support services.Typical work assignments will include: Installs, configures, and upgrades commonly used hardware and software systems. Resolves recurring software/hardware problems. Provides user training on routine hardware, software, and internet applications. Assists customers and clients in identifying and describing IT requirements for business and legal applications. Maintains and controls equipment inventories. Explains web page requirements to content developers. Maintains IT systems security documentation. Uses established procedures to manipulate and present data in various formats for use in litigation. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
