Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Business Manager within the Information Technology Department at Dubai Holding. The role holder is responsible for supporting the Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) in managing and executing the technology agenda, ensuring that priorities, decisions and workstreams are effectively coordinated, tracked and translated into actionable deliverables. The role holder is also responsible for driving business management activities across the technology function, including performance monitoring, reporting, strategic initiative support, cross-functional coordination and enabling smooth and disciplined execution of tasks and projects within the GCTO Office.

Who we are looking for:
8–10 years of experience in business management, strategy, planning, or financial analysis roles.
Experience in technology, digital, infrastructure or information environments, or in consulting roles with exposure to technical or strategic workstreams, is preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership across multi-disciplinary or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Education / Professional Certification:
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
Desirable requirements
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Technical Competencies:
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure unstructured problems and bring clarity to complex topics.
High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint; familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
Exposure to financial modelling, market analysis, reporting or performance dashboards.
