Information Technology Program Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to support the operational success of YMCA programs across the Association. This role is responsible for maintaining program data, coordinating system updates, supporting new program launches, and ensuring the accuracy of information that powers registration, scheduling, and reporting for sports, aquatics, teams, leagues, and other program areas.

What is needed for this job as our Program Support Specialist:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One to three years of experience in business operations, business process analysis, data management, or a related field
Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or enterprise software platforms
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
YMCA experience preferred
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Program Support Specialist:
Maintain and update program data, including courses, sessions, pricing, capacities, and schedules across YMCA systems
Process program change requests accurately and efficiently to support branch operations
Audit program data and identify opportunities to improve data quality and consistency
Support the implementation of new programs, system updates, and operational improvements in collaboration with program, finance, and IT teams
Utilize Salesforce, Traction Rec, and related business systems to manage program information and validate data
Respond to internal support requests and provide timely assistance to YMCA staff
Document system processes and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
Provide guidance and training to staff on program systems and standard business applications
Pursue ongoing learning to strengthen technical knowledge and system expertise
