About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Mission Support Command, Associate Chief of Staff, G-6 located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Direct the execution of enterprise-level IT and information management projects, managing all related activities and strategic initiatives.
Conduct process analysis sessions and provides formal feedback to G6 leadership regarding the impact of business process improvements.
Perform comprehensive reviews and redesigns of projects, crosscutting information management processes, and workflows across Headquarters and Major Subordinate Commands.
Establish business process continuity across multiple functional and development teams to sustain the effectiveness of Information Management/IT systems.
Manage IT projects to ensure successful delivery within established cost, schedule, and performance thresholds.
Evaluate process performance data to define approaches for automation, cycle-time reduction, and efficiency optimization.
