Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support)

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as an IT Specialist (SYSADMIN) and performs technical computer systems administration and customer support tasks within a US Army Garrison directorate.

Diagnoses and resolves problems in response to customer reported incidents.

Develops and maintains problem tracking and resolution databases.

Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains costumer hardware and software.

Provides costumer training on IT related programs.
