About the Role
Join a global leader in the real estate sector and play a pivotal role in our Digital Workspace Services group. We are looking for an innovative IT Project Manager to oversee application lifecycle management, software deployments, and large-scale infrastructure projects across a massive global environment of over 60,000 endpoints. What You Will Do
Lead Global Initiatives: Manage and deliver multiple concurrent configuration management and deployment projects (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) across 60,000+ Windows workstations and AWS virtual environments.
Drive Cross-Functional Success: Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to prioritize deliverables, establish KPIs/SLAs, and ensure seamless global rollouts.
Executive Reporting & Risk Management: Provide high-level status reports, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks while maintaining communication with business stakeholders.
AI-Driven Optimization: Actively leverage generative AI tools (like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate project planning, enhance risk analysis, and streamline stakeholder communications.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing infrastructure, configuration management, or enterprise application deployments.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, software deployment processes, and endpoint configuration.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to drive data-informed project decisions.
Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional global teams. Advanced English is required.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to use AI tools for project management enhancement, data analysis, and documentation.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ServiceNow) and endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, JAMF).
Experience managing deployments in ultra-large environments (50,000+ endpoints) and working with distributed global teams across different time zones.
