THE WORK:
- You'll attends terminal, roadway, and airfiled project meetings to assess time and space schedule impacts across the CIP program.
- You'll review new projects for time and space conflicts, impacts to ongoing construction projects and operational impacts.
- You'll conduct reviews of projects’ submittals Phasing Plan and Site Logistics Plans, as submitted through the ASR and LIR process.
- You'll comment and schedule site walks as needed.
- You'll lead assessments of program logistics and creates reports and communication regarding logistics on multiple projects.
- You'll actively oversee ongoing logistics and changes.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport building programs or similar complex building programs
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Master's degree preferred
- Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP etc. or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certifications
