THE WORK:

  • You'll develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
  • You'll present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
  • You'll recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence.
  • You'll analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • You'll lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
  • You'll review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
  • You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
  • You'll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
  • You'll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
  • You'll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
