THE WORK:

  • You’ll support project development by establishing cost baselines, creating forecasting models, analyzing accrual versus spend, and contributing to deliverables for stage gate and funding approvals.
  • You’ll understand contracting structures (lump sum, fixed prices, T&M, etc.) and commercial agreements.
  • You’ll ensure forecast aligns with the project schedule utilizing milestones.
  • You’ll identify cost risks and opportunities through the project development life cycle and provide clear insight into contingency allocation.
  • You’ll utilize COGNOS, POWER BI, Maximo, and Power Plan to perform monthly forensic cost analyses, interpret the output and develop presentations from the data set (where applicable).
  • You’ll demonstrate very good documentation, technical writing, and organization skills to effectively control documents availability and readiness for ROD requirements, prudency review, deposition hearings, filing for PSC Change Order Process and or other legal requirements.
  • You'll display a solid understanding of Document Management Skills.
  • You’ll demonstrate commitment for safety through active participation in safety meetings, safety inspections and field observations where applicable.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Analyst II: 2+ years renewables project or utility project experience
  • Analyst III: 4-6 years of renewable project experience or 3+ years utility project experience
  • Analyst, Sr.: At least 6 years of renewables project or utility project experience
