Infrastructure Engineer (AMK Area)
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Infrastructure Engineering - 80%)
- Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments, including Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and VMware NSX environments.
- Manage Dell EMC SAN Storage, including storage provisioning, LUN management, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Configure and maintain Brocade SAN switches, including Fibre Channel zoning and fabric administration.
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco switches, VLANs, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute infrastructure patching, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Secondary Responsibilities (Cross-Functional IT Support - 20%)
- Provide operational support to other IT functions during periods of lower infrastructure workload.
- Assist Service Desk, Application Support, Database, Security, and Cloud teams as required.
- Participate in project implementations, system deployments, testing, and migration activities.
- Support IT operational initiatives, asset management, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of IT services.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support for business and operational requirements outside the core infrastructure domain when necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure administration and operations.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale production environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
