Summary
A hands-on contract Infrastructure Engineer role (hybrid, 3-4 days onsite in Southwark, London) supporting and enhancing a complex enterprise environment. Day to day spans enterprise networking, VMware ESXi, Microsoft 365/Active Directory, Azure connectivity (ExpressRoute) and infrastructure projects.

Requirements:- Experience supporting enterprise environments, with strong project and business-as-usual experience
- Enterprise networking skills, including routing, switching, VLANs and firewalls
- Experience with VMware ESXi and storage technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Azure networking and ExpressRoute
- Infrastructure documentation and troubleshooting skills
- Desirable: experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, SD-WAN, Veeam, Aruba or Meraki, or CCNP, Fortinet or Microsoft certifications
- Support and enhance a complex enterprise environment
- Work across networking, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud connectivity and infrastructure projects
