Identity Operations Engineer on a 6-month contract supporting enterprise IAM operations including identity lifecycle management, authentication, certificate management, and incident resolution using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in Wokingham.
We are looking for an Identity Operations Engineer for a 6-month contract in Wokingham, joining an enterprise IAM operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting critical identity services.
You will cover identity lifecycle management, authentication and access support, certificate management, application onboarding and incident resolution.
Key Skills
- Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs and Group Policy
- Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access and sign-in investigation
- Entra Connect / Cloud Sync
- Application Registrations and Enterprise Applications
- SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services
- Basic PowerShell scripting and automation
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
You should be comfortable troubleshooting identity and access issues, monitoring alerts and supporting audit and compliance activities.
