Infrastructure Engineer (Junior)

Location: Jurong East Region

We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support system upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure implementation activities. You will work closely with internal technical teams and vendors across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and system upgrade activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure changes and implementations.
• Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Support server and virtualization platform administration.
• Participate in system migration and technology refresh activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and computer hardware.
• Exposure to virtualization platform migration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
