Infrastructure Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and storage systems.
Monitor system performance, availability and security to ensure reliable operations.
Install, configure and maintain physical and virtual servers, operating systems and infrastructure applications.
Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, patching and troubleshooting.
Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, including hardware, software, network and system-related problems.
Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity and data protection.
Implement and maintain IT security measures, access controls and infrastructure policies.
Support cloud infrastructure and virtualisation environments where applicable.
Maintain technical documentation, system configurations and incident reports.
Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors and other departments to support business requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or network support.
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP
