Job Overview

Based on your experience, technical skills, and career goals, you will be assigned to infrastructure projects involving planning, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance.

Projects are primarily carried out at client sites or in collaboration with client teams

Project Examples

Cloud Infrastructure

• Cloud architecture design and implementation using AWS and Azure
• Cloud migration and modernization projects

Network Infrastructure

• Network planning, proposal, design, implementation, and operational design
• Enterprise network operation and optimization

Server Infrastructure

• Server design and implementation using virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Windows and Linux server administration, operation, and maintenance

Telecommunications & Mobile Networks

• LTE and smartphone-related network deployment and operation
  

Project Features

• Average project duration is approximately two years
• Most projects are conducted in team environments
• Engineers work closely with project leaders and senior members
• Large-scale projects may involve dozens to hundreds of engineers

Scope of work may be changed based on business needs and company assignment policies

Salary Examples

Taiwanese Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (5 Years of Experience) / Annual Salary: JPY 5.2 Million (Approx. NT$1,080,000)
Main Responsibilities: Cloud migration, infrastructure design, implementation, and operations

Korean Server & Middleware Engineer (3 Years of Experience) / Annual Salary: JPY 4.6 Million (Approx. NT$960,000)
Main Responsibilities: Linux/Windows server design, implementation, operations, and maintenance

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in the design, implementation, operation, or maintenance of servers, networks, or cloud environments (internship experience excluded)
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (speaking, reading, and writing)
  - Our Japanese language training program in Japan is conducted at the N2 level.
• Currently residing outside Japan
• Willing to relocate to Japan and pursue a long-term career in the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level English proficiency or above
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Windows or Linux server administration
• Experience in network design, implementation, or operation
