Infrastructure Engineer (Thrissur)

The Role Infrastructure Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, build, and run the cloud infrastructure. This person will own reliability, security, and scalability across environments, including dedicated and private-cloud deployments for enterprise and BFSI customers with strict compliance needs.

What You ll Do

Design and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Run containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including cluster setup, upgrades, scaling, and cost optimization.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.

Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting, and lead incident response and root-cause analysis.

Secure the infrastructure through IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, encryption, and vulnerability management.

Support compliance and audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDPA) with the right controls and documentation.

Enable customer deployments, including VPC and on-prem installations, working with Solution Engineering.

Collaborate with backend engineers to improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.

You Bring

3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.

Hands-on experience running production systems at scale.

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Skills

Cloud: Strong in AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3); GCP or Azure is a plus.

IaC Config: Terraform; Ansible or Helm.

Containers: Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, CloudWatch.

Security: Network security, secrets management (Vault/KMS), and familiarity with compliance frameworks.

Scripting: Python and Bash; Linux administration.
