Job Description\:

You will be responsible for mobilising and delivering the non‑recurring support work scope for the physical and digital Infrastructure activities defined within the contract between BAE Systems and UKG, on behalf of the Turkish Ministry of National Defence (TMoND), ensuring the contractual obligations are delivered to time, cost and quality.

Core duties\:

  • Mobilise and deliver the non‑recurring support scope across Infrastructure in line with contractual commitments, , working in close collaboration with internal business shared Service Delivery Units (SDUs) in Facilities and IM&T to provide the facilities requirements and IT environment necessary for the TMoND to operate and support Typhoon
  • Act as the primary focal point for support contract delivery within the assigned Infrastructure scope, supporting Türkiye programme objectives through effective engagement with programme, business and customer stakeholders
  • Support the establishment of a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for the Infrastructure scope and programme activities, against which the contract can be managed
  • Execute Infrastructure delivery plans, milestones and dependencies to achieve contract outcomes, providing accurate, timely reporting of programme performance, including schedule, cost, risk and quality metrics
  • Drive customer awareness into the wider organisation including sponsoring the contractual deliverables and promoting an “earlier than contracted” delivery mindset

Essential Skills\:

  • Experience within a similar role working on complex projects including time, cost & quality management
  • Experience using project management methodologies
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management experience
  • A formal project management qualification (or working towards one)
