We are looking for an experienced **Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager** to lead large-scale global transitions from incumbent MSPs to new service providers.

? **Must Have:**

• 5+ years leading large-scale MSP transitions

• End-to-end transition: Due Diligence → KT → Shadow/Reverse Shadow → Takeover → Hypercare

• Strong **Transition Governance, ITIL, Risk & Vendor Management**

• Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Service Desk & Security operations knowledge

• Experience with major global MSPs and multi-country 24x7 environments

• Strong executive stakeholder & steering committee management

• ServiceNow / CMDB / Monitoring & Observability experience preferred
